Great Commission Training Ministries (https://DiscipleshipTraining.org/) helps those in Christian ministry, as well as those with a heart for outreach, to renew and mature their passion for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This not only invigorates their experience with the Lord, but it also brings new vitality to their ministry.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is about fueling a vibrant ongoing experience with the Lord Jesus Christ, from which evangelism flows. We spent years measuring the most common misconceptions Christian leaders have about how the finished work of Jesus Christ applies to their lives. Our research identified 14 common misconceptions that become footholds for the enemy that he uses to rob us of the joy and power that Jesus intends for us.
We take Christians leaders on a 6-week journey (of about 2 hours per week) in which we provide an environment of discovery, using group discussions about relevant Scripture, to help them discover and own the misconceptions that are holding them back. And then we provide follow-on group and individual coaching for those who want it.
