Do you want to be an important part in revitalizing the Church in America?

How do we do this? We know that revitalization of the Church starts with the leadership. We help Christian leaders have a more joyful and powerful ministry. Many are heading toward more stress, fatigue, and burnout. We help them get refreshed and re-ignite the passion for their First Love and His gospel.

We begin by helping them discover places where their worldview works against the aligning of their lives with the principles preached by Jesus in the Gospels. Our research has identified 14 common misconceptions that manifest themselves in the subconscious. These affect how they perceive the Gospel, and they become footholds for the enemy. We host group Zoom sessions where these leaders participate in discussions with other leaders about specific Scriptural passages that help them discover when any of these 14 common misconceptions exist and what to do about it.

What is my role in Great Commission Training Ministries?

  1. I am the Chief Executive Officer of the Great Commission Training Ministries. I report to our Board of Directors. They hold me responsible for all the ways in which our staff ministers to Pastors and other leaders in Gospel ministry.
  2. I am focused on the many facets it takes for this ministry to do all it needs to do to be effective. Among other things, this includes:
  • The creation and administration of all content, programs, and processes and of our ministry--to ensure that our ministry is effective and that our mission is being accomplished
  • The hiring, training, and supervision of all of our ministry staff
  • Collecting and listening to the feedback we get from those to whom we minister; and making changes in what we do so that we are appropriately responding to the feedback we receive.
  • The administration of the business aspects of our ministry to include financial stewardship, accounting and taxes, marketing, advertising, partner development and communication, Web site development, content delivery and other I.T. services, creation and maintenance of all client and partner databases, all data analysis, etc.
  • Encouraging others to pray for this ministry--because nothing good will happen unless the Lord does it. It is by prayer that we must listen to His leading and be thankful for His provision as we present our needs to Him.

I am very serious about, and privileged to be, a part of this ministry and with your help, I will continue to be able to do so.
